beholds the miracle of her child.  All the world stands still as witness for that moment, the bond is created that will last beyond lifetimes.  Hand dyed cotton fabrics, hand beaded.

I Dreamed I Danced with Matisse  12” x12”  
After a visit to the beautiful Matisse Chapel in Vence, France, I was so taken with the spirit of Matisse and his dedication to his art work.  This piece was inspired by the simplicity of the Chapel and Matisse’s “Dance II”.  Hand dyed silk, hand cut stamp work, and beading.
